COVID-19 Vaccination Notice
We're excited to announce that Vantage will become part of Mosaic in Connecticut in July. These two great organizations share a vision for personalized services, a common mission and similar values. Vantage services will continue, but will come under the Mosaic name. Coming together will make us all stronger, and ensure we continue providing great services well into the future.
A History of Person-Centered Services
Vantage Group, Inc. was founded in 1982 by parents, educators and social service professionals who believed that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities had the right to live and be active members in their community of choice.
For over 35 years, Vantage has provided comprehensive person-centered based on the needs, wants, desires, and dreams of those served. We remain committed to creating opportunities for the social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual growth for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that live in New Haven County.
Mission
Vantage Group supports individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their fullest and most independent lives through housing, employment, education, social support, and community participation.
Thank you Vantage Group employees!
